I am fascinated by pop-up books and I love to test sequential images on 3-dimensional structures. This is a "cube church" that is folded from an entire piece of double-side-printed square paper, made in 2017.
2017-2019 MA Children's Book Illustration, Cambridge School of Art, Distinction
2003-2007 BSc Biology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
I love to use and explore many different mediums, such as colour pencils, ink and brushes, watercolours, acrylics, collages, digitals and so on. I found a strong interest in printmaking during my master study, relief printing and etching especially, have been the most exciting media for me to work with.
I draw inspiration from my scientific interests, from reading and from life in general.
For both my drawings and stories, I quite enjoy being inspired by off-home experiences.
